Backspace Question

OME 3" lift MK6 wheels 285 Fierce MTs & 4.88s!!

I'm trying to figure out the backspacing of these Toyota wheels. The only information that I can find is: 16x7.5" ET:20. Is there any way to determine backspace from the "ET:20" part?
If anyone knows the backspacing, please let me know. Thanks.
