I put a 3" exhaust on my 4.0L Tacoma and it turned out pretty good. It's something different since the kit I used was for a JK Wrangler but it went on pretty easy since there is so much room under these trucks. I got this setup for $50 from a JK owner that thought it was too loud. It was cheap enough to roll the dice. Check it out.
