She’s been on a baking kick lately so there’s always something like brownies, cake, banana bread, whatever. It’s hard to resist

 

I’m having a tendency to not eat much lunch so my cals are always back loaded.

desert tonight is bacon and cheese omelette with yogurt


This is after 12oz pork chop, 250g sweet potato w butter, and peas.

 

Maybe if you're young, or had some kind of sculpting etc in addition

 

these too...

 

A friend of mine managed it with some hardcore diet/exercise/sculpting in about that time.

 

Got the bench and weights today. Nice setup. York adjustable height bench, and 270 lbs of York metal plates with a bar. Then he threw in just a lone bowflex bench that inclines. Gotta get some collars and a weight tree because there’s nowhere to put the plates.

also, after working up to 300 for a set of 6 yesterday on skwats, my legs fucking hate me. It hurts so good.

And now, Georgia can open gyms as early as Friday. So i got all my shit just in time to not need it...

I have been like insanely into red meat lately. More than usual. Maybe I need more iron or something.

 

My birthday is coming up and I just told my best friend that this is what I want for my bday- didn't know where to buy it, but wow that made it easy. Thanks!

Sams and Costco usually carry them but so should any local butcher (if they are open).

Not easy to believe but I think it's possible. If you look at the first pic he clearly already has a good amt of muscle, so it was really about losing the weight and toning up.

 

Nothing cracks me up more than noobs buying into all this supplement bullshit.

 

Probably going to have pretty insane results tbh
