We don't have any shortages anymore, here. I went to HEB yesterday afternoon and everything was loaded.

 

Yay! Maybe the hoarder will let them stock everything now. But you know a packed meat hoard shortage is coming soon!

 

And the floor is rolled!

 

I think it was last week I read the dairy farmers had to dump all their milk.

 

They do that all the time. If the processing plants are behind or full, the delivery trucks have to dump what they have because it'll spoil and they're losing money. It's been like that for years.

 

Yep. Produce being destroyed in bulk as well.

The milk seems bad, until you find it's been going on. It's not processed, so really just a shame. Really wish that groceries could step up and middle man the produce to the food pantries and such. That's the only missing element in really helping a lot of people. But I appreciate how busy they are keeping us fed, and the stores are probably the biggest contributor anyway.

Yea that's unfortunate, when my milk expires I turn that into yogurt! I'm not sure if that would be complicated on a mass production level.
