    I think it's a trade off. The cloth masks are better than nothing if it's a good fit. Good luck finding any N95s anywhere right now. Low risk situations the cloth is the way to go unless you're a high risk person then you shouldn't be out at all. Doctors and nurses aren't wearing them because they are in a high risk situation every day. Plus they're wearing an N95 under the cloth in most cases, using the cloth as a means to keep the N95 cleaner longer.

    My wife is a nurse and at her hospital at least the only nurses getting N95 masks are the ones working directly with covid patients. They have cloth ones and change them out frequently. Volunteers that make masks like you do donate them to the hospital for patients to wear.

    There's actually 1 truck I seen here of that configuration. It looks abandoned. But I did get to see it to understanding your "oh shit" moment.

    I do have a tool stand that I made out of a rim one of the tire shops in El Centro screwed up. It was on a trailer assigned to me when I was the supervisor there. They changed a tire, didn't torque the lug nuts and as we were almost to the crest of a hill on the freeway started making bad noises and comes off the passenger side as we were pulling over.
