My 2014 reg cab 2.7L Manual was throwing code P2237 and P2238 calling for a bar bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor. I put a new Denso sensor in and life was good for a few hundred miles.. then it started throwing just P2238 for a while.. I kept clearing the code and uninstalling/reinstalling the sensor to no avail.. now I am getting P2238 and P2195... Both point me back to the bank 1 sensor 1.... What else can I do??

I feel that I did something by putting in a new sensor because I had a few hundred miles of CEL free driving.

Just from my experience on these trucks, if the upstream o2 sensor fails first, you'd better do both. I've seen the downstream sensor fail shortly after more than once.

Mean't to say your sensor you replaced likely went bad again, either that or its a wiring issue.

Have you had the cat pipe replaced by Toyota? I think there is a TSB for issues with the cat pipe. You can check with your local dealer, it should be free.
