Interior/Exterior Cleaners

Greetings. This is my first post in a long while. I had a 2018 Tacoma, foolishly traded it in for a 2018 Tundra, and then recently went back to a 2020 Tacoma.

Anyway, my question is, what do you use for general purpose cleaning? I’m not looking for detailing necessarily, but just to clean dirt and dust off the interior? Something I can keep in my truck and use as needed on the dash and vinyl surfaces.

Also, while I’m at it, anything to use on the exterior for spot cleaning as well in between regular washes to spot clean?

For dusty surfaces just a damp microfiber towel, for light soiled dirt maybe ExoForma. I use it on the interior surface, including leather and sometimes 303 Aerospace.

Meguiar’s Interior Detailer wipes are super handy for the purpose you describe.
