Hi all! My first post, and proud new 2017 Tacoma owner. I bought the truck off my dad with zero issues. I sent it in for a full detail and wax. When I got the car back the Entune navigation radio system was on the fritz. It constantly skips songs, skips radio stations, etc without stopping. I called Toyota and did a reset on it, but the problem persists. It won't let me press the seek / tune or phone button below it either.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues? The car was fine before I sent it in for detail. Perhaps they sprayed something on it that it didn't like? For now I'll let the truck sit and see if the issue fixes itself.

Sorry if this has been posted before / posted in the wrong place. I'm new here!

    Thanks in advance,

    ~ Matt

The H.U. itself has no physical buttons, right? Just the two knobs?
Some liquid may have got into the steering wheel controls.

Yes that's correct - the H.U. only has the two knobs (for tune and volume). It also makes the beeping noise that it's suppose to when you skip and song or track with the seek / tune touch screen controls. It doesn't seem to make the beep with the steering wheel controls, which makes me think it's a touch screen issue.

    Thanks for the reply!
