I used this one for my Landcruiser for reference. But all the Toyota stock racks are basically the same except for the tubular FJC one, and the new T4R pro tubular rack (which is the exact same as the FJC).

Basically use a 30 or 45 series drop in or standard T-nut in the rails like this https://8020.net/13110.html or https://8020.net/13096.html with whatever series extrusion bar and corner braces you want. It's typical to use either 10 series extrusion for lighter duty or 15 series extrusion for heavier duty. The plus it get the load bars a lot closer to your rood for lower profile while keeping the stock rails. Plus the 30 series extrusion is stonger than the stock cross bars.
