Hey that's a good idea, I have a few stickers that aren't worthy enough for the windows but are kinda cool

Easy 2 push clips on each one . Pull those out and pry up with your fingers . Pops right off !

 

And we’re done! Came out just right. I highly recommend the reverse sear method if you’ve never tried it!! And a little butter on top as they rest.

 

Almost the only way I’ve done em for the past 5-6 years now. Should try making some compound butter with garlic and chives, little scoop on top and let that melt.

well... it appears that we are about to be a the owners of a new rottweiler puppy. Found a breeder with AKC German bloodline rotties. Pups are 9 days old, and we put a deposit down for pick of the Females in the litter. should be coming home first part of June

 

I'm not the bbq-meister in the family but WAT is the reverse sear method? Sorry for the newb/neophyte/dullard/lack of knowledge question....Thanks!

I’m sure others here can answer better than me but basically you cook the steak indirectly at ~225 until it reaches the desired internal temp which for me is 140. Once you reach the IT you like you throw them on a nice hot open flame for a minute or so per side and it it gives them a nice little crust. Basically it allows you to cook them without drying them out. At least this is what I do and my understanding of reverse sear.

I've got masks coming from a few different people, from all over and just found two more I want. I think I have a problem. Of all the masks ordered and that people are sending to me over the past couple weeks. Not one has made it to me, yet! So I still have to wear a crappy one tomorrow!!!
