I'm wanting to piece together my own full hoops on a plate bumper. Is there somewhere I can order these from and cut them to fit myself? I'm looking to do something similar to the Shrockworks hoops so I need 1.5" headlight pieces and a 1.75 or 2" center hoop.

I tried calling Shrockworks several times on Friday. I'll try again tomorrow. I've also sent Adam an Email at 4xI.

I doubt it. The angle and bend radius are pretty specific to the bumper and style you are going for. If you knew the dimensions you wanted then maybe someone could bend the hoops you wanted.

Thanks for the response. I suspect I should draw something up. Can you tell me what the standard radius is for 1.5" and 2" tubing is? Is there a standard radius for the different sizes?

There’s not really a standard but it comes down to what bending dies are available. The following are likely options but you might need to adjust your design based on what the vendor has:

*All listed options are for JD2 Model 3 and are the centerline radius.

    1-1/2” Round: 4.5”, 5.5”, 6.5”, 7.5”

    2” Round: 6.5”, 7.5”

There are other options depending on the make of the bender being used. But generally the CLR for 1-1/2” tubing will be 4.5” or larger with options every 1/2”. And for 2” tubing it will be 6” or larger with options every 1/2”. Check with the vendor is my advice.

Thanks Joe. That's very helpful. I want the smallest radius I can get so it looks like 4.5" and 6".

Would you be interested in making these for me when I have a drawing?
