Thank you for explaining! I had a company up in Seattle outfit my truck and they put in the Switch pro. I had asked him to have my lights be able to be turned on remotely as well but the software is really glitchy.

The wireless unit works from about 75' feet away with the hood closed which surprised me. It is very cool to be able to turn on the off road lights while standing away from your truck. Note, these are Amazon.ca links. I'm sure there is a parallel unit at Amazon.com.

It was a big week! Upgraded tires from the standard 245/75/r16 to 265/75/r16 Falken Wildpeak AT3Ms. Looks like a whole new truck, and really fills out the wheel wells better with the OME 3" lift. Then we finally got around to installing Yakima tracks and Prinsu Top Rack on the ARE topper. Ecstatic right now! Cheers!

Nitro Gear 5.29's, ARB locker, 3in OME Lift, ARB Leaf Springs, TRD Rims, Nitto Ridge Grapler 285/75/17, TRD skid Plate, CBI Rock Sliders, , ARB Compressor. Total Chaos bed stiffeners. Lots more to come.
Finished coating the RTT rack in POR15 and then put a couple of coats of textured paint on it. Had a friend 3D print me some spacers to go in between the rails and the bed. That way it forms a compression point that doesn't over extend the rails passed the bed, and also provide a rub buffer between the rack and the bed. Had to make some custom washers to fit the way I wanted them to. Came out pretty good. Now to get the RTT on it, and work out how I'm going to mount the awnings. Hopefully the tube clamps come in soon.

Looks nice man! I was wondering with the lift did you add the carrier bearing drop rear shims? Any driveline vibes? Almost ready to pull the trigger in Dakar’s and 885’s.

Its not like the $20 is a big deal, but as anal and over-thinking as Toyota is in most cases how can this be overlooked?

Meso Design is good, but I think the gas cap fit is weirdly tight necessitating two hands to insert the cap. It does not need to be tight to work. Would function better if the hole were 1mm larger. Even if the cap were sloppy loose it would still stay put. I'll probably remove and Dremel larger.

I had some driveline vibes after install. I actually have a thread on here that says how I fixed them! I'd buy them again for sure. Driveline angles are key, ended up having to install the CB drop and 3* shims on rear axle to make them stop. The fix seems to be pretty common between everyone, just minor differences. Hope this helps!

MESO chrome delete in red on air vents and start, and 4WD switch.

Snugtop Rebel won't be in till May 11th. Don't know how I feel about Snugtop as a company. I ordered March 17th with a promise date of no more than 3 weeks so first or second week of April, understandable with the Covid 19. However they are filling orders to people that ordered after I did. Seems shady to me.
