73EFD079-1931-49A0-968C-FC6DAA7E7EAE.jpg I installed a 2” leveling kit to my 2020 4x4 Tacoma and the rear sags a bit. I thought installing just a 2” lift would level the truck out. Would I need a AAL? I really don’t wanna put a block on the rear.

All depends on what your measurements were pre kit install. But yeah to get rid of the Elam you’d need a block or AAL.

I’ll probably go with AAL because I really don’t want to add a block to the rear.
Any recommendations on AAL and how many inches to go?

Leveling kits should be called bro lean kits. Yes you need an add a leaf or leaf pack

That's so true. I rarely see a "leveled" Taco that looks level. They almost always have at least some bro-lean....which looks like poo poo to me.

OP....your ass isn't sagging. Your fronts too high. :D

You need new shocks to accommodate the rear increase. I did a one inch rear block and it rides better after 5100s.

I ran 5100’s and a 1.5” block for 10s of thousands of miles on my 2016. Wheeled it plenty hard, you’ll be fine 1.5” or less on a block.

Yeah I’m thinking on just going with a 1” block in the rear to get it more leveled

There’s nothing wrong with a 1” block on the rear. The stock springs ride pretty smooth and the block would help preserve that

That's your best bet but I'm betting on a 2 inch block is what's really needed.

Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
It doesn’t sag. You just live feed the front without lifting the rear. Wait until you put something in the bed. Then it will sag. I added a topper, ome bedmat and toolbox. That dropped the rear about an inch. So I installed 1.5” AAL. Didn’t take any measurements but I think I’m about .5” above stock. Good to me because I use the truck as a truck and to pull a small trailer. And trucks are supposed to have a rake.

Yeah a 1.5 AAL and a set of 5160’s will get rid of that bro lean...a block will just aggravate wheel hop if you got a heavy foot on wet pavement.

2 inch front and 1inch rear will make the truck leveled. You're scared to put a block in the rear but put a spacers in front? 1 inch block you should be fine

Never been an issue with mine and I have a rear block with 5100s. In fact it rides great and handles better than before. A small block is fine imo.
