We have shipped out over 350. I have about 40 in various stages of sanding right now.

Yes I did get one. It’s helped a lot. I’m still behind on sanding. After I got the Dremel a chunk of plastic to the eye told me I needed glasses.

Will be sanding another 15-20 here in a little while. I have a feeling that as each state starts to mandate that you have to wear them in public the need for these is going to be way higher. We are also trying to get them out to like funeral homes now also. Sadly they are very busy because of this.

They equally suck but I get way dirtier with drywall. Going to be doing both again today.

I want to get more printed but I can only get so many printed per day on my printer. I want the second printer but also spending a lot of filament so.

Just ordered and received another 13 rolls of it. Will probably end up ordering more end of next week. I think we have probably printed like 60+ pounds worth of them.

I’m still working on the Vader mask. I also have another I’m going to be printing this week that Capt America themed. :D

Just about 2 ounces each. But that also goes down if it’s a medium or small mask.

Nothing wrong with upgrades.. and it's getting used and not collecting dust like a lot of people's are!

Also... I think the vinyl guy is a bust.. He told me it was $85 to create a vector file and when I sent him that one for free he hasn't replied LOL On to plan G I guess!

How big is it? If it fits in the laser I can cut vinyl with that.

34 inches by 44 inches... the laser would probably melt it! HAHA The problem with doing the black one is it's two pieces.. the white one would work as 1 piece.. I'll finger something out

Ya that’s too big to fit on the bed as 1 piece. Laser won’t melt it we can dial the strength to whatever we need. We cut acrylic all the time.

I think we know someone with a vinyl cutter I’ll ask Eric if he knows if it’s large format or not.

Ya they are trying to charge for everything they can.

Laser can only handle 18”x32” at a time. We can fit larger stuff we just have to do it in multiple passes. If we were closer I would come draw and cut it for ya.

    So an update FINALLY!!

I had been waiting on a friend of mine to cut some vinyl and whether it was due to the Rona messing with Amazon deliveries or my friend just wasn't interested I sought another avenue and talked to a local professional sign shop who turned out to not be interested in cutting me some vinyl either after wasting 5 days of my time.. so I said screw it and came up with my own plan.. which is best for me anyways.
First I found a vector file online and after some guidance from @Misplaced Nebraskan and @Kanyon71 I found a kid on my FD who has Photoshop and was able to enlarge the image to my desired size and 16 sheets of paper later.. I had what I needed!

    IMG_20200426_232953596.jpg
A layer of contact paper on the stainless steel doors I made and a quick check to make sure the layout was going to work.

    IMG_20200427_102232099_HDR.jpg

A spray adhesive was used to glue the paper to the doors (hence the contact paper which is also the stencil material)

    IMG_20200427_152813645.jpg

It took 3 hours on the first door and 2 1/2 on the second door to cut out the design with an exacto knife ( yes my fingers hurt)

    IMG_20200427_172507617.jpg

A coat of satin black paint on both the doors and some drying time in the sun.

    IMG_20200427_175442960.jpg
The stencil pulled off and it's looking fantabulous! (I think so anyways)

    IMG_20200427_181946844.jpg

The stainless steel, the satin black and the burned wood look sexy AF together!

    IMG_20200427_183433.jpg

Obviously I still have to adjust the doors (after the paint dries) to line up the image etc and add the braces inside the doors and a few other things before it goes back in the whiskey room but today was a SUPER productive day for me!

Hahaha next time I ask you about a crazy idea... Remind me about how much my fingers hurt! Likely not near as much as yours from sanding all those masks you're printing!
