    So spent last night crawling around the front end in the driveway. Didn’t find anywhere that an extra 1/2” of rubber would be an issue.

    Not sure how much you’ll be stuffing the suspension in one of these at full lock but I’d be surprised if it rubbed even then.

    265/75R16 is 1" "taller", but really only nets you 1/2" over all of height. I'm not big into the aesthetics of my wheel well compared to fuel economy or power, BUT if the Tacoma wasn't my daily I'd go bigger.

    How many miles on the Soob before you did the brakes?
    This stay at home bullshit had me doing plugs and fresh gear oil in front and rear boxes on the Crosstrek. I think I'm gonna start shopping for shocks for the soobie as well.

    Have not done them yet. We have some plans for this year and they include the f1 lowrr brake light, getting the brake light recall done, having the trans fluid flushed, and putting those brakes on

    Pulled the trigger on direct fit SS3 Pro’s in selective yellow to replace the OEM fog lights. Also going to swap in some Phillips H9 bulbs and ditch the factory H11’s.

    Lastly, found they have a Group 35 version of the X2Power AGM battery so that’s going in as well.

    Yah I’m going to hold off on replacing the shocks for another 10k or so. I did the plugs - huge pain in the ass - and replaced the gear oil in the front and rear. Also ended up doing all four corners and the brakes are much better now!

    The lights will be a welcome upgrade for sure. I’ll get some pics up once they’re in.

    i still want to do stoptech brakes on all four corners but could not get any after almost two months of waiting, i canceled the order

    Hey let me know if you can pop the hood and check if the ALT-S fuse is a Mini or Low-Profile mini. Wife and Suby are out of town until Friday...
