I happened across this short article from 4WP and thought I would share. Im by no means an expert, but Ive always been a big proponent of a few of the things they discuss in here. Including clear predefined communications and only one spotter. The number of times I've seen multiple spotters being used in a tight spot is actually pretty high. I think everyone just wants to help out, but it ends up creating confusion and splitting the drivers concentration.
