sorry just saw this. Nice man, even some place in Mass is fine since nobody around here does it. question for you. Other than the CMC... did you have to do anything else like a pinch weld? I'm lifted 2.5" upfront and rear dakars but I understand the lift still doesn't do anything to fit 33's. I want to run 17" F5's (-10 offset, 4.3BS) with KO2s 285s. Also, could I mall crawl for now without chopping anything up you think? Your build seems similar to mine other than larger tires.

Didn't have to touch the pinch weld. The bottom of the fender flare had to be trimmed back for me.. I couldn't even turn the steering wheel half way without rubbing really bad. Once I trimmed the plastic I could drive it on the street.. Turning 1/2-3/4 lock I would rub the cab mount pretty bad, especially reversing. Your wheels won't stick out as far as mine so you my be ok. Every truck is different though, and I would try and get as much positive caster to push it away from the cab mount. I run JBA's and was conservative with my caster, at about 3.2 degrees or so if I remember correctly, which is still pretty good with minimum effort.
Your future tires will have pretty much the same overall diameter as mine..

Thanks. Yeah I got my caster set to 3.1 and also have JBA UCAs. Hopefully I can at least mall crawl until I hit that offroad place in mass.

Should be fine. You may need to take a Dremel to some plastics, or a pair of dikes.. If you still have mud flaps, those will probably need to come off..

I recommend a box cutter with a new blade in it. Will cut through and leave the cleanest line.

Since I've never had tires that rubbed... is it more just an annoying noise, or can I really do some damage? If its just minor, i could probably wait until I hit the off road shop for the CMC (and have them just flex everything and cut where necessary).
