    Hi all!

I am fairly new to the world of Tacomas but will never go back! Been doing minor cosmetic and interior upgrades on my truck since I bought it a year ago and am looking to do my first major functional upgrade. I have new slightly oversize tires and want to get new suspension with a minor lift...

My question is about OEM suspensions. I have the OEM 2007 TRD Sport suspension now, with 105k miles. My friend has given me his old OEM suspension off a 2013 baja. They are barely used but one of them needs a new seal.

Will this suspension provide a higher lift than my current suspension? If so, how much can I expect the lift to be?

If it's like the 2nd gen pro (which it should be just different spring rate) it gave 2nd gens 2" lift and 1.75" lift for 3rd gens.

A little of this and a little of that.
    Welcome to TW.

I'm not 100% on how much lift you might get from a stock Baja kit, but check out the Suspension sub-section for all you ever wanted to know about the suspensions on these trucks.

    Good luck!
