7E95119E-A8D0-4224-936E-F60A11A7F6BC.jpg Hey can anyone with experience tell me if this is a drop bracket lift, I guess by looking at where the LCAs are?

dealership says it’s 4 inches (which is probably a dB not a combo of suspension/body lift) but they don’t want to take better pics or seem to know what I’m asking :facepalm:and I don’t want to drive an hour to find out lol so asking for your help identifying, thanks!

The dude is only willing to send one photo? Red Flag! Especially a vehicle that has been modified. You know what, forget that. Dude can't even answer a few simple questions then I wouldn't make the drive.

It’s a dealership and they have been in touch with me, but I’m kind of leaning in that direction lol, like you sell cars, but can’t answer a simple mechanical question about a car? Sorry no sale! The only caveat is that I’m texting with a salesperson whereas one of their mechanics could answer my question no problem, and it’s a 3rd gen longboi for $20k...

I would say no go one spending time and money driving up there just to get disappointed. But a stock truck and mod it yourself. More fun and at least you know it’s done right. Even if you take it somewhere to have someone do it you can inspect the work and or bring it back if there are issues.

Well, for 20K on a 4x4 I would have to make the drive for a look see. Hopefully the cross member is still in tact.

    Is $20k the KBB value for a 2017 4wd SR5?

I brought this pic into a photo editing software to see if we can try to make the lift look a little clearer and this is what came of it...

Hopefully that helps, but it definitely look like a drop bracket lift to me.

might have to, and I wouldn’t undo the lift any time soon, probably going to have to read up on them more because I’ve always just written off dB lifts as garbage

Pretty much, should’ve just linked the ad: https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for...e1=TOYOTA&modelCode1=TACOMA&clickType=listing

Good looks, cleaned up that image a bit for sure, and yeah new pics were just posted today pretty much confirmed it for me but TW peeps always give free advice so I figured what the hell see what y’all think
