Could have saved me $1800. In Nov the best they had was 1.9%. and I needed better than 750 score for that. I was good at 801.

Seems like the green and orange will be near zero in a few more months.

I would have smugly smiled back and said “you lost a sale” and gone to speak with another salesman that wasn’t a fuck head.

Haaa, yeah it was tempting. It was actually the finance guy. The salesman was very cool and prepped me when I got stuck with that guy. Said the guy was a salesman that got promoted and thought he walked on water. He even had the nerve to try to push me toward some bank financing that was 2.49%. Needless to say I didn't buy the paint protection or undercoating he also tried to sell.

What does that even mean? The majority of folks with an 800+ credit score aren't dumb enough to not be leveraged in other ways for a recession. I could see Pink shifting the either of the blue lines.

Did you get $200 for financing with Navy Fed? We bought a new bmw and played a similar game. I went to NFCU to pay it off and they told me that if I financed with them that I would get $200. So swapped the loan the
Do you have a link to the Experian site that data comes from? I find it fascinating that they would state something so different than the rest of the finance world. Looking at those numbers it appears that half of the country would fall into the "excellent" category. This looks more in line with the numbers I have seen.

I realize that the article is 5 years old, but I doubt there has been a complete credit reversal in the US that quickly. That is unless the millennials are really more about money than we thought!

5 years makes a huge difference. Credit scores have increased dramatically across the board in the past 5 years. As far as the date goes, Experian IS a credit agency. They provide the data (in addition to Equifax and Transunion). Credit Karma is not.

Not yet! Have to make two payments on time before they send it to you, but after my 2nd paycheck in May it’ll be in the way! Figured that be a good start to the gator retractable tonneau cover that’s about a grand :spending:
