Took truck to a firestone, they told me they didnt have specs for it, not even a 2018. So I took it to toyota and they said they did "the best possible" due to front adjusting eccentric tabs being splayed out, which I think is BS because I checked for myself all tabs look fine!
What specs should i be aiming for?

    Suspension Curently
    OME 888
5100 all around front set to first notch (stock)
Rear 1.5 AAL with overload removed

    Tires/Wheels Currently
    285/75/16

Yes im on Stock UCA so perhaps that is the issue?

These are the specs toyota gave me

Numbers don't look bad. I would like the caster a little higher, but that probably isn't possible after the lift. I'm guessing that they just adjusted the toe which is what would cause tire wear. When they did that, it probably pulled camber back in toe spec because if they adjusted camber, caster would have gone low. I would say that if it drives ok for you then you are good. The only thing higher caster would do for you is lessen road wander.

Maybe i need higher caster because i notice the steering wheel isnt centered 100% it has to be just a tiny bit to left in order for truck to keep driving straight. If i keep steering wheel 100% straight it starts drifting slightly to the right

Take it back. It needs to be aligned with the steering wheel centered.

Like evo said the steering wheel should be centered as part of the alignment. However if you feel it is crooked because you have to hold it at an angle to keep it on the road then it could be caster. How does it track when you are on a road that is crowned to the left? If it requires the same correction just the opposite direction then you could use a little more caster. The challenge might be that after your lift that you have maxed out the adjustment. The alignment shop should be able to tell you.

Here are some specs from a recent Toyota Dealership done alignment for @Steve565
3" lift with after market UCAs. When they set your toe, tell them to make sure the steering wheel gets re clocked to center if in fact its off not because of caster tracking. Steve has a 2019.

@thunderhope these trucks will naturally follow road crown especially if you’ve got equal alignment specs on both sides of the vehicle. Having to steer a little to the left doesn’t mean the trucks alignment specs are off. The truck is naturally reacting to the shape of the road. My truck does the same thing but once you get it on a nice flat road it’s fine.
