There are light grey plugs on either side of my truck underneath by the frame rails, I assume that they are for the tail lamps.

On the driver's side there is also a black harness plug on the same wiring. Is this for the trailer lights, bed lights, or for the tailgate or just an unused plug?

If I'm not mistaken, the side ones are for the blind spot monitors, the one closer to the middle is wiring harness.

I didn't even think about blind spot monitors. I don't even use the backup camera the truck has, I have been trained to actually look behind me and check my blind spots.

While I'm at it, i assume the white and green plug is for the foglights, but what is this random grey plug next to the driver's headlight?

Thanks for the insight. One thing I just don't get is how terrible the electrical tape wrapping is on the wiring harness. Its downright pathetic. I find my OCD is getting the best of me and I am touching up things with self fusing electrical tape.

My truck has less than 600 miles on it, it shouldn't have any lose harness wraps just yet.

Pretty soon your truck will weigh a 100lbs more with all that electrical tape.

Dude, you’re lucky. A tracking device is usually plugged in that lets the po po listen in to your shady activities

How long do you think they will listen to me talking about tacos and trucks before they realize they need to be reassigned?

I'll literally talk to anyone about cars and trucks. If I find the hidden mic I will move it closer to my mouth so they can hear me better.

If I'm not wearing a work shirt I'm wearing a blipshift tshirt.

Its a free country. I can talk about whatever the hell I want to.

They can do the same thing my GF does, put in their ear plugs and pretend to care.
