Has anyone here done like a make shift tailgate... I have something coming up where I’m gonna have a truck bed full of camping gear but still haven’t replaced my tailgate yet.

I won’t be off roading
I will have a couple of KB voodoo bed rail mounted supports holding my pontoon boat above my bed I just need to think of something in case I can’t get a tailgate by the time I leave for my trip.
