I am thinking about pulling the trigger on an AVID offroad bumper bar.

My question is, does anyone know if it is possible to mount the lighting on the lower bar? It looks like they offer mounting tabs on the top bar, but I am wondering if there is enough clearance for the lower one. I wonder if you could use the top brackets and mount the lights upside down?
