Clear Coat Plastic???

    ReadyLift 3-inch Leveling Kit 285/70 Nitto Terra Grappler 17x8.5 Pro Comp Series 34
    Does anyone know how to remove these? I want to plastidip the fender flares matte black but I need to remove these off. I am not sure exactly what it is but is there an easy way to do it?

    That's a small film to protect from rocks. Similar to clear bra.

    You may have to remove the fender flare to remove the plastic film that looks like it’s tucked under there.

    Or leave the truck in the sun light all afternoon and the film comes off easily.

    I wouldn't worry about removing it just in case you want to go back...otherwise pick up a corner and peel off,wd-40 or something to get off the adhesive, wipe down with alcohol and dip away.

    Make sure you do many light coats! That's where people get screwed. You have to have a good built up layer to be able to peel back off.
