I've noticed since this whole virus thing started how many people just throw disposable gloves on the ground in parking lots when they are done doing whatever they are doing with them before they hop in the car.

Littering is an awful, selfish, pigish behavior.

Walmart and many other stores literally have trash cans in their parking lots next to the cart return. Return your cart and throw out your gloves. It’s not hard people

Those 5M's were so nice otherwise! Unless you had a later (7M) model, in which case you probably had to do the head gasket at some point.

Think it was an 83. I know oil was leaking out the back of the valve cover. Probably elsewhere as well. It had brake problems also that I was never able to get resolved to my satisfaction. Had to give up and trade her in.

And yesterday I started seeing masks blowing around. China wins! Trash everywhere. Fred Meyer parking lots are worse than Walmart, Lowe's and Home Depot

I guess they’re too good to park in an empty parking lot only 15 feet away? :notsure:

Not a bad parking job but I know this guy and he’s not handicapped.

Around here that's a fine and a tow and it is enforced. You never see anyone parked in a handicapped spot without a tag or a card hanging from the rear view mirror.

I checked, there wasn’t one hanging or laying on the dash. I don’t see why he would need one or why he would park there.

I used to guide tours in Washington DC. So I was often in the city before, during, and after major protests (gatherings, assemblies whatever you want to call them). What always drove me right up the freaking wall was how trashed the national mall and surrounding streets and metro stations would be after them. The real kick in the nuts is that the earth day pollution and climate change ones always seemed to be the worst ones for leaving garbage everywhere.

Anyway, here's another shitty parker (though the lot is empty so I can't really say it hurt anything):

I don't think the intent of the first amendment was to be a dick. Yes harsh words but hear me out.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Freedom of speech give you the right to criticize the government or propose ideas that some may find controversial. It protects the individual from prosecution for doing so. If posting a photo is someone's way of protesting then fine but if that individual is doing so just to piss people off, what's the point?
