    Hey Friends

So i love my truck had it about 2 years but the paint has started peeling in little bits but I know will only become more of a problem. I have seen numerous fourms of people having this
problem with toyota in Super White and Blizzard colors. Not looking to have to drag this problem out for years so would like to get an idea of others dealing with same issue. Would like to take it up with Corporate or file class action. We work as a group this issue will get resolved fast.
    Thanks

    Will

Most are visiting the dealership and are getting it taken care of without litigation....have you contacted your local Toyota shop?

Have gone to dealership this morning and was given the run around. Said to take it to body shop and possibly they could diagnose as a manufacturer defect. Said it was out of the 36k
mile bumper to bumper warranty so they couldnt do anything. My thing is if there are enough people experiencing the problem in the same spots then they cant not ignore it. Just need
    a collective movement :)

Don't know about the white, but every dealer i was at when buying a new truck said whatever you do don't choose voo doo blue. Guessing they have a serious paint issue.

Extremely doubt it, guessing they just don't like the color or are confusing it with blazing blue that had clearcoat failures, dealers are morons. Super white should have an open TSB / recall for the flaking and has had problems in prior gens and models. Voo doo blue has only been available for the last 2 years on Tacoma. Sounds like OPs dealer just doesnt want to deal with it.

When i was at one dealer the salesman admitted he came from mitsubishi and wasn't totally familiar. At another dealer where i actually bought my tacoma i spoke with one of their honda sales reps while waiting for all the paperwork to sign. Its amazing how little they know about what they sell. I can find out more information about a tacoma on TW from you guys. I wish i stumbled on this site before i bought the truck, and not after.

No worries bud. You'll be an expert soon. Ya once I start talking they don't even bother as they soon know I have far more information than they do on their own model, our Tacomas, funny when they try to make shit up and I call them out on their shit.
