Dealer Scuffed Wheels, Paint Code or Color for 2020 TRD Pro wheels?

Make them replace your wheels or pay you for them. Make sure to the estimate is more than the cost of new wheels.

 

Why not just stick to the facts of your complaint...going off on a rant about FJ, mom and GF is not relevant to your claim as it comes off as a bribe which puts you in a bad position leading them to believe you have zero confidence in your own complaint.

 

My dealership did the same thing to all four of mine. Less than 5,500 miles on my truck and I took it in for its first service and when I inspected their work I notice almost every hole was damaged on my new Back Rhyno wheels. First they tried to tell me they were like that when I brought it in. Then when they finally excepted responsibility they told me they have a guy that can repaint them. I told them nice try and if this is the road you want to go down I will stand here in your lobby and call the states attorney general and file a formal complaint and then I'll be back for the next month picketing on the sidewalk out front advising potential buyers about how you treat customers vehicles and then deny responsibility. Yeah they replaced all four wheels and gave me a lifetime 20% discount at the parts department. Don't except anything but brand new wheels OP it's not like your wheels had 50k miles on them and were already beat up.
