Upstream there are shallows and rapids.
Good fishing there.

Now I get your Harrisburg reference. They aren’t the only ones dumping raw sewage into the river. It happens a lot upstream.

But I guess you can't take the farm out of the boy.

I love living in farm country.
And right next to a State Forest as well.

Farmers have been cutting hay for a few weeks now.
I can't recall it ever being so lush and green.
It's been a cool and wet Spring so far.





Heads are forming now on the Winter Wheat.
By the end of June, it will be harvested.
Most farmers will then spread the shit liberally on the fields and immediately plant Corn.
