Thanks. I'm so so SO sore lol. There was a broken pond in the corner of the yard my dad helped us tear out like a year or more ago and we always said we'd fix it but with us getting the house on the market soon its just not worth it to us so I'm spreading the rock and stones in various places.

Have you tried getting there before sunup to get a good spot?

 

It’s a beautiful property from the pictures you guys share. Obvious that you’ve worked hard there.

Unfortunately only selectively, but the areas we work on are nice. We have a gazebo that we never really used and I realized that parts of it have some dry rot we'll have to take care of...as in I punched through a board on accident. I was pissed. Thankfully the market is good for us right now so we'll fork over some money into repairs and some minor polishing and leave the rest to the new owners to decide. Never repainted some of the rooms... Things like that.

I just hope that whatever house we buy has white walls to start with. This house had purple, school bus yellow and a color I referred to as puebo orange to name a few when we first moved in. Such a nightmare.
