I am installing a Bilstein 5100 3” lift soon and was wondering if I would need to also install a Differential Drop and a Break Proportioning valve kit? Thank you.

You are going to get so many various answers when it comes to a diff drop. Half this community says yes do it and the other half says no way you don’t need it for a 3inch and under lift. Hope that is clear as mud for you lol.
As far as the valve kit, no clue. I’m lifted and don’t have either thing you are asking about on my truck and it’s been just fine. My input anyway :) Take care.

Differential drop does more harm than good. Do the lift. If your inboard CV boot fins touch, do the boot slide mod: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/my-cv-boot-mod.190669/ It'll cost you two #16 hose clamps (nominally 1.5" dia.) from the hardware store.

If you're ever going to offroad, don't do a diff drop.

If not it does almost nothing but go ahead I guess?
