Interesting. My upper came with all of that but I think I would have preferred the hat instead :(

I got a smoking deal on 4 of them late last yr... One in my AR one on a spare CZ Trigger pack one on my Colt AR-9 and I have one left over that's going on a AR pistol build real soon. They're a blast on the CZ Scorpions....

that is also my preferred optic setup on AR's. I have two LPVO's but on 1x I don't think they are as fast as that large Eo window with magnifier out of the way. I'll be doing a side by side test soon though.

Do you shoot both eyes open? Assuming you don’t I think you’ll pick up the lost speed by shooting BEO.

LVPO is still a scoped optic, there’s lack of flexibility because there is still an eye relief issue, scope tunneling in your vision, and if you’re a right handed shooter, complete lack of awareness on the right side in the blind spot. I won’t compare a eotech and a red dot, both can be very fast, but there is a reason people have been offsetting a RMR type optic on RCO/MDO/ LVPO’s.

I haven’t used an LPVO but I have shot the eotech and magnifier combo out to 600 yards and it’s more than adequate for me, mainly that x3 magnifier helps a lot for target identification and spotting hits. I don’t feel like there’s a need for an LPVO on a .556. Now a .308 past 600 yards, I would absolutely want something more than a x3

Its a RPG 2. I might try to reactivate it but the rounds would be a pain in the ass to make.

Please don’t ever try to make an RPG round.

I’ve seen experienced dudes loose fingers and get fucked up messing with explosives, and that was just a blasting cap. I’ve also seen dumbass dudes handle mines improperly because they “thought” they knew what they were doing. One guy tried to hand us a VS-50 mine, which is an antipersonnel mine that can contain multiple forms of internal detonation triggers depending who or how it was made. Not to mention an extremely low pressure switch.

I think they are listed as Destuctive device, not necessarily illegal just more hoops to jump through for ATF

    This ^^^

A type 10 FFL would allow you to legally manufacture destructive devices.

A pic of an armless dude missing an eye would make a great “don't try this at home” story.

Yeah. I think you can make the motor propellant small enough you dont have to register each one.
