    Thanks for hanging in there guys, all orders have shipped! As for the bad review... I’m not mad. More disappointed that that person wouldn’t even contact me first, as I would have sent out a new one no questions. Not sure what they mean by “faded” as I have never seen one fade(they are brand new!). They might have been comparing it to the OEM red, which is just a different shade. Regardless.. I don’t screen reviews and you really don’t even have to be a customer to write one. but glad everyone is liking theirs so far!
    Also, people with tight buttons.... just keep working the tool in different positions. You might have to grab some pliers to help tank on it and maybe a small pick or flat head to get under the button lip once it starts coming off. My video made it look super easy, but I’ve remove that button a dozen times which may be why.
