    Can not get that center bolt out with 14mm ratchet and socket. Any ideas ? Don’t want to fuck up the head ,

    Nice... Yeah, that's what I was going to say. Find that bolt underneath & blast it. It's exposed to the elements & gets corroded easily.

    6 point socket and it should come off. They are torqued on pretty good from factory so if it’s never been removed it’s going to be on tight.
