I’m telling you it is hidden in the settings and accessible without any other equipment. If you watch RobMotives YouTube channel about changing the color of your truck in the new panoramic camera system, there is another option in that hidden menu that allows you to change the turn signal frequency.

Mine told me it wasn't possible to change. And I have a good dealer...

I changed it to 4 using carista.

I vaguely recall seeing something that said the first round of adjustments was free of charge but it might just be my dealer.

I just think my SA just hadn't been asked to do it before.

Ugh, I'm too lazy to do this again. But you do something with a button on the head unit while turning off your headlights a couple times. Maybe I'll do it tomrw

I found that "hidden" data screen for my truck in the head unit as described by microsnook.
But no where could I locate within the menus is the ability to change the turn signal flash count.
Most, if not all menus are for checking the head unit and switches within the truck. (on my Taco anyway).
I guess my easiest option is to stop by the dealer and see if they will make the changes for me. While politely visiting with them I should also point out to the "service" writer all that they DIDN'T do when I was last at the service dept. I'm not sure If I should comment that I DID do their job that I asked them to complete. (they may record my comments and attempt to void any warranty on those parts, or am I being paranoid).

My head unit says "vehicle signal" in the menu options. But this isn't regarding turn signals.

Alright, I'll be eating my words this time. I dug through the menus and couldn't find the same option I saw before. I'm not sure if I'm rushing around or maybe it really was never there. Either way, sorry guys.

You can change it to flash 1x, 3x or 5x (at least on my 2017).
