Thats what they thought initially..but there are no leaves...and its only seems to be present when its warm...like 70 degree or more..the warmer it is the more noise...with summer coming up it should be easy to track down..its driving me crazy...dosnt matter if air is on or not..dosnt matter if fan is on or not...it when the moter is under load or going down the pot hole streets

Is the cowl area of the bottom of the front windshield clean? That’s where the air gets sucked in from.

Theres a lollipop stuck in the hvac system :) when it heats up it melts enough to flop around, then when its cold it sticks to where it is.

Really I no clue, but it would be funny if it was a lollipop.

I wish it was a lolly pop...they would have found it when they replaced or said they replace the blower 2 weeks ago....yes my cowl is clean....i keep my truck clean inside and out. I open the hood and wipe down every week....the noise is coming from the blower area under the glove box..it seems like its somthing touching the blower when things get warm and expand..it touches just enough to cause a vibrating clicking sound...i will track it down eventually..but when i dont have somone else in the teuck to help...it makes it very difficult...i thought if somone else had experienced this they could make things easier..lol

    Work in progress...
I would take that cabin filter out and remove the blower fan. Drive it on a warm day and see if it makes noise with the blower fan out.
