    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
So... I didn't end up doing a scouting trip. According to the SNF website pretty much all the roads are closed. So... I decided to do some more "Winter To Do List" items... Yes, I know it's no longer winter, but I've just not been motivated to do this till now.

Addressing some of the changes a season of running my rear bumper/swing out made me aware needed to be changed.

I have a water pump/timing belt I'm going to do for a friend, this weekend coming up. If I get it done Saturday, I'll be looking to try doing a scouting mission to Stanislaus National Forest on Sunday. Anyone interested?

Did a whole 90 miles this weekend. At about 325ish total. Slowly but surely getting there. Hopefully I can get a few more miles in this week.

I think we did a damn fine job at social distancing ourselves from the general populace.

At this point, I'd be cool with a chair, a fire, a good whiskey, and to just sit in front of that lake and stare.

It's quite a mission to get out there from San Jose. Picked my dad up in Elk Grove and hit the 80. On a Monday we saw quite a few cars on the way up but once the road got a little saucy everything thinned out. We did have an odd run in with something unusual happening with a couple in a Truck parked in the dead center of the road. We sat and waited for them to move but could tell they were doing something. The girl hopped out and looked like she pulled her pants up put a face mask on then started walking twords us so at that point we just went around and bolted. If it didn't seem so sketch I would have saw if they needed any help but NOPE. I'm happy me and mine have "protection".
