    Mine was part # 5199904030
One blew off in the car wash.
The other went missing a year or so later.

    Toyota list 2 different types.

    Part # 5199904030 (called a hitch cap)
Or Part# 5259204010 (called a bumper cover outer seal)

You will need to check and see what one you need.

One may have to do with the factory hitch. And the other for trucks with no hitch.
    But I am not sure.

Too bad you're not closer to me. I have a couple sitting around I could give you. BTW, that's not the correct / OEM bolt in that hole.

Those covers are easily lost as they dont snap on very well at all.Buy one and glue it on.

The OEM covers with the tow package stick up about 1/2" I hated them when I had the OEM bumper. I wondered if you could use bolts with a shorter head and use the flat non tow package covers. Since you have shorter bolt heads, I wonder if yours had the flat covers.

Mine are not like that as well.
What I would like to know is, What bolts are used with truck that do it have the Tow Package from the factory?

And is the OP running an OEM Hitch?

The reason I ask is, maybe trucks that didn’t come from the factory used a different bolt?

I’ve looked at parts diagrams, but none show that bolt that mounts in that location.
They do however show the other bolts.

The OEM bolts for a truck with the factory Tow Package (like mine) use a long, fine thread bolt that takes a 17 mm wrench as I recall. They actually extend more than one might think is needed below the bumper. I know this because I just put a new OEM hitch on my truck to replace one that was corroded more than I liked.

As for the OP's hitch, I can't tell from his pic if he has an OEM one.

For the OEM hitch, do you have the part number handy? Also, what was the cost (ball park is fine)?

Mine is corroded as all hell...I wouldn't trust it to tow a BBQ at this point.

I'd love to give you a part number, but I bought my replacement off of Craigslist. It came off a one year old truck and had just been sitting in the guy's garage gathering dust. I paid $150 for it, gave it a really good coat of paint, then installed it. Hopefully this one won't rust as fast or as bad.

PS: Just looked up a hitch for you. Looks like 51908-04010. Here's a link to it:

I lost one of mine a few weeks ago. Found them online pretty cheep. The shipping is outragous. When I get a chanch I go over to the dealer. Won't cost as much as having it shipped.

Just bought one from dealership online with free shipping, use code FAMILY through end of May. Catch is you have to spend $50 but I was ordering a bed mat anyway. I've also seen them on Ebay as "rear bumper dome cap"
