Haha, yeah I may have to re-think this and stop being such a tight ass lol. I was hoping if anything that I could maybe have something fabbed up to help make them the same height/level them out because I definitely will be carrying (at least) 16’ boards WITH a level mounted FT to them next to my antique rocking chair lmao.

I made this as a how-to as it relates to bolting a panel on our roof rack at Victory 4x4, but it's a good overview on how to put cheap solar in your Tacoma with other racks as well

Can you please stop costing me money?! Haha.

Any plans on upgrading the panel and parts after this T&E?

Yes. I'd like a charge controller with Bluetooth, and I'll maybe build a folding panel so I can set it on the ground at camp to add 80-100 more watts. It should be super easy to tie into the roof panel with a "Y" harness.

Great job on the video and the timing couldn't have been better because I was researching solar components all morning to put together a setup for my 2nd gen. Liked that Genesis dual battery setup you have but I only saw it offered for 3rd gens. Any dual battery package recommendations for us 2nd geners?
Thanks again for sharing the video and suggesting my email to victory 4x4, I'm anxiously waiting to hear back from them for (hopefully) a combo deal thats too hard to pass up.

Got my lightbar fairing and lightbar installed today. I made the mistake of ordering my rack without the cutout and then regretted it almost immediately after. Install took about 30 min.

For those of you looking for a cheaper bar that fits flush this one works fantastic:

Went with victory 4x4 over the prinsu, build quality is amazing and got it fairly quick!
