Soon to be retired Handyman. Spent years as a builder, contractor, for residential and commercial jobs. Big and small. Two years ago, bought a used 2011 Tacoma Access Cab. Very satisfied with my purchase. Now, I want to cover the bed with a topper.

To “count” depends on which forum being posted upon.

Thanks for explaining. Had seen it before, and wondered why.

Edit ... yep, my message count did not increase with this post. Interesting!

it's a measure to prevent people from joining strictly to sell stuff, since you need 50 posts to do so. Posts in the off topic forums don't count either iirc

Yes, the 2011 "flair side" is not the hottest looking ride. However, I was looking for a "good deal" on a used Toyota. The price was Excellent. Decent mileage (85K). Toyota checked it out and found it to be solid. Some day, the truck will be better looking. For now, it is a work truck. Scratch and dent is not a problem.

Yes, new to this site... Just posted a few messages. There is a learning curve on how this site works. BTW, my wife just bought a 2017 RAV4. We are a Toyota family, now.
