I'm looking to replace/upgrade the center map light/mirror unit in my 2003 Tacoma.

I've been slowly working on a Raspberry Pi project in my truck. Nothing fancy, just tapping into some of the OBD output and displaying it. Might hook some accessory lights into it too. Initially I had the computer hooked into the Pioneer AVH-2440NEX head unit, but I want to run it through an upgraded mirror with a monitor in it so I don't loose music when I switch to the Raspberry Pi output.

I have acquired this aftermarket mirror: https://www.crutchfield.com/S-hhnRlsRvJDG/p_707VTM43TC/Boyo-VTM43TC.html . This mirror doesn't fit the stock center map light assembly, so I will need to modify or replace it.

Has anyone found an aftermarket replacement for the whole unit that they like? Been looking but I don't see much. Thanks!
