2007 Tacoma

My 2007 taco has atrocious rims corroded and whatnot. My tires also need replaced. There is someone that has a 2019 set of nice looking rims with practically new Goodyear tires. I like the rims but they are 16 inch rims and I have 17 inch rims. Will I be able to put those rims on my 2007 taco?
