Used set of OEM LCA's - SOLD (willing to ship on buyer's dime)
- LCA's came off of my 2007 TRD OR 4x4. No cracks, damage, or accidents. Rust is only surface rust. I purchased a set of OEM LCA's from another member to build up. Those are on my truck now, so passing along the opportunity for OEM parts. Ball joints and bushings are still installed. Willing to ship at buyer's expense (probably not cheap).


Used pair of Bilstein 6112 front coilovers - SOLD (willing to ship on buyer's dime)
- These have seen about 30k miles of use. 700# Eibach coils set at the 4th of 5 perch. Shock bodies and shafts are in good shape, but they would need new lower bushings and new OEM top hats as most of the rubber is cracked. Comes with driver's side Wheeler's 1/2" spacer for "Taco Lean". Willing to ship at buyer's expense. I still have the box from my new set of coilovers to pack them up in.

SPC LCA Cam Alignment Bolt Kits - SOLD
Ordered these in error from Wheeler's Off Road. Both sets will replace all four LCA cam alignment bolts and eccentrics for one vehicle for driver and passenger's side. Only opened to take photos.

How many miles on the lca's? Do they need a rebuild or are they functional?

 

LCA's were removed from the truck at about 180k miles. Truck is a 2007 TRD Off Road. I would highly recommend rebuilding with new bushings and ball joints before re-using them. There was nothing wrong when I removed them, but due to higher mileage I would recommend.

A better option would be to get yourself a set of poly bushings, moog ball joints, and get them blasted and powdercoated (inexpensive) and you would have a solid and functional set of control arms for much less than aftermarket units. You could also take it one step further and do what I did. Plug all the drain holes (welded shut) to effectively box the arm in, strengthen the arm to bushing eye connection, fully weld around the bump strike pad, and fabricate/weld an integral skid plate into the lower part of the arm so you don't have to buy aftermarket LCA skids.
