Looking for some fog lights but don’t know if just to replace the light bulb or whole unite Baja, diode ss3. Also led swap for front headlights what do y’all recommend.

All your answers are here. Diode Dynamics SS3s are highest performing fogs, note the updated links at the top:

Don’t put drop in LEDs in your OEM fogs. That just results in lots of glare to oncoming drivers and isn’t helpful in fog due to lack of beam control, not to mention is illegal. An SAE assembly designed from the ground up for LEDs (like covered above) will be far higher performing, and street legal.

The data is in the SS3 post so you can evaluate for yourself. But the Pros are substantially higher in output, some of that is spent on covering a much larger pattern area, and some on a higher intensity pattern. The cut offs are not as crisp as the Sports, but still compliant.

You can’t go wrong either way. I like extreme lighting so I have the Pros. But if you run your fogs all the time and not just when necessary in poor weather, you may consider the Sports as they have sharper cut offs. Also if planning to use for poor weather, I’d recommend the selective yellow SS3s which will reflect less light in rain/snow/fog vs the 6000k white.
