Me and the wife couldn’t be farther apart in regards to this. I could cook the same shit using up like two things and she’ll have the entire sink full of wasted dishes when she’s done.

Dexa scan done. Barely fit on the table lol

283lb body mass, 213 lean body mass, 25% bf.... Definitely higher than I was wanting but now I know for sure what it is. Dr said my bone density is off the charts, highest density she has ever seen. So at least I got that going for me.

If you're cleaning, you know you can tell her to quit using so many goddamn pots/pans right?

Fully aware, it’s not as dramatic as it sounds. Pretty loose rules on cooking and cleaning.

Is that a wise choice, considering she's doing the cooking?

Back day and shoulder day have always been my favorite workouts but they both suck an awful lot in the garage set up. The lack of accessory machines make a decent pump pretty hard to achieve. This morning was pitiful for shoulders. Did 5x5 OHP, some barbell shrugs, band face pulls, reverse band flys, and some various raises with kettle bells. Just wasn’t feeling it :pout:

The only machine I think I used on shoulder day was the pec deck for reverse flys and maybe a cable here or there. All sorts of dumbell/plate/kettlebell raises should get a good pump.

You tell'em partner. If a woman cooks me food, I wouldn't bitch about the number of pans she uses to do it. But then, none of my business. Ahh, no balls, I know:rofl:

This deadlift bar is sweeeeeeeeeet. Took some getting used to at first but once I got the rhythm down it feels smooth. The whip makes a world of difference off the ground.
