After struggling to get my Car Solutions RFCC TTG2 Car Camera Control System for Toyota Touch 2/Entune setup with my SR due to a missing connector, I figured I would post my solution here. There are a few ways of doing this depending on what you're ok with modifying. Personally, I did not want to cut into my factory harness, nor did I want to cut into my CS harness in case it didn't work out for me in the end.

    Lets start with the problem:
Your radio looks like this on the back

Now, this is a problem because the CS controller gets its power from the 8-pin connector on the back of the radio. The connector that is missing should be on the bottom row between the grey connector and the pair of white connectors for your speakers.

The said missing connector is shown below in pics provided by @Tmaloy

This 8-pin connector does exist on the truck though, just not on the back of the radio. I have yet to pull my entire dash to find it, but I know that it is located by one of the cigarette outlets either low in the dash or in the center console. I discovered it when looking at my spare main wiring harness. I do not yet have a part number for the connector or I would provide it to you. Hypothetically, you may be able to run the 8-pin connector from the CS harness down the dash and plug it into the female 8-pin connector that I have't officially located. I'm not sure it will reach, but I also haven't tried.

After seemingly endless exchanges with other members on TW, mainly @Tmaloy and @DES2009, I reached out to Car Solutions to hopefully find a solution. This is what they said:

Now, I wasn't comfortable just cutting up my CS harness in case that didn't work, and I wanted to sell it in the future. So, I cut the 8-pin connector off my spare harness and identified the ACC power and ground leads, blue and black respectively. I was unable to depin the unused wires on my connector for some reason and was too impatient to keep working on it, so I isolated each one with electrical tape and heatshrunk the bundle together. I then crimped on the necessary connectors for t-tapping my T-harness from my kicker key amp. This is where you can do it better than me because I was impatient.

    Using the
Metra 70-1761 and Metra 71-1761, you can create a T-harness to wire in your CS module to preserve your factory wiring. Simply line up the connectors and match the colors. Then you can splice your red and black leads from the 8-pin connector directly into your harness. The only exception comes to needing to depin and jumper the dimmer (blue wire) on the metra harness. This can be accomplished by following step 1 of my other guide: Kicker Key Amp T-Harness Guide (16-19). Then skip to step 3 and solder the orange wire to the blue wire; ignore the kicker key part of the harness all together. You will be tapping into the red wire for ACC power and the black wire for ground. On the metra connectors, yellow is +12V constant, and we only want our camera on when the ignition is on.

Yours will look much nicer because you will have soldered it on directly, providing you the opportunity to wrap the entire thing in TESA tape for a clean install. Note: if you don't mind cutting into your CS harness, you can ignore my 8-pin connector and solder it straight to the metra harness.

    The 8-pin connectors fit perfectly:

And that's it. You now have the ability to use the CS controller, even though your radio doesn't have a pin-out for it. Eventually, I hope to source a part number on the 8-pin female connector to make this guide a little more user friendly, but this is the gist of it. Not that I expect anyone else to ever experience as many issues with it as I did. I also got lucky that I had a spare main wiring harness laying around.

EDIT: The 8-pin connector has been found under the center console. Photo provided via @djembefola
