2020 Cement TRD Sport

I just got a 2020 TRD sport without the technology package and was playing around in the settings...apparently did something wrong. This download error keeps popping up every 30 seconds. I’ve gone to the app download setting to stop the download but the screen doesn’t let me hit cancel. Any suggestions?

Reset headunit? go into settings, there should be a reset data option.
You'll have to redo all your presets and repair your phone after.
