Visiting my mom.

Not the best way..

Windy and cold.

But we did the best we could

 

I called her. We can't visit. 2 months is a long time when you are almost 95

 

Well we’re getting a good gully washer, we don’t need any more rain! Lake Michigan is so friggen high, it’s bad when you can’t put your boat in the water cause the dock is a foot under water. All the marinas are or have raised there docks $$$. Rich people problems I know.

My Brother just sent me this pic of their cat "Diego " looking at a Peacock and one of it's chicks

 

In the 80s.

Had the kid use the string trimmer to clear out the dead stuff in the back yard

Then I did it right.

Set up water and bought soil and tomato plants for the wife.

I had to do it properly for the kid.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms.

We had to take one of the kitties to the vet yesterday. Strange times....wore masks, called when we were in the parking lot, they came and took the cat, then the doctor called us to discuss what was going on and how to proceed. They kept our cat to draw blood and take X-rays and then called to discuss further. We then paid over the phone and they brought him back out to the car. I think this may be our new normal for a bit.

I am absolutely amazed at how many people were in line at both Starbucks and Jamba Juice.

Have some Severe T storms to the East of Barstow near Essex Calif . I can also see really nasty clouds to the East . Have already received a couple Emergency alerts on my phone


Looks like Monsoon season is early here in the Mojave Desert this year

 

Owner called this afternoon with good news/bad news.... Head has Cat warranty but bottom end , not so much .... New Rebuilt , complete engine being installed BUT will not be completed till end of this coming week

He did sorta-kinda "hinted" at me about driving the Old IHC yard Dog..... I politely said I could wait for mine to be completed....

Everything "slowly" picking up in the "Dirt Biz"..... Company I spoke to about leasing on with actually "reached out"....Leasing department wants to talk Con would about kill me
