Just got my Taco. Love the truck. I want to change the grille to the TRD Pro but I have lane departure sensor and camera. Does anybody knows if I can change it and if I decide to change it, if it will mess up the calibration of the sensors? Thanks in advance!

Welcome! That is a good question, from what I've experienced and what I've seen, there is generally no underlying issues when it comes to switching out the stock grille with the TRD Pro grille. If you do install the TRD Pro grille, on the dashboard you may see an error that says something like "clean sensor" and that will last around a week or two. However, the front-facing camera can be remounted from what I've heard. Here is a link regarding the camera.
