    My father in law bought me a to-go growler of IPA from a brewery I don't really care for that I had to drink yesterday, instead of the beers I bought. I like that he's getting in to beer, but i wish I could drink my own haha

    I celebrated with a Carolina Lager. This has been bottled for 2 weeks and I’m still not getting the carb I expect. It might have something to do with this cold snap we’ve been having down here. I’m going to let it go for a few more days and try again. Taste is on point though. It’s going to be tough to leave these sitting in the fridge for a couple weeks.

    Supporting Local today. Damn good west coast IPA from Divine Barrel. I had this last time they released it. This batch was canned on 5-5 so it is nice and fresh.

    Homebrew Carolina Lager. This is my final “test bottle”. It will be going in the fridge to hang out for a couple weeks. Although honestly it is quite good without lagering.
